No business like snow business!

SOME of Britain's top skiers and snowboarders are showing off their skills at the NEC this weekend.

Tonnes of snow have been dumped on site to create the country's biggest ever curved arena - or quarterpipe - where daredevils are thrilling the crowds with flips, grabs and super-fast backslides.

The action is all part of the Ski & Snowboard Show which began yesterday and ends tomorrow.

"If you think such high adrenaline action is beyond your reach, think again," said one of the organisers.

"Top instructors will help you to learn the tricks of the trade on the Snowdome teaching slope so that you too can master the mountain."

Visitors can snap up holidays, clothes and equipment and win a luxury chalet and car.
