No ban on Sadqa, khairat in the country: Information Minister.

Islamabad -- Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has government has not imposed any ban on Sadqa and Khairat but this money should not be utilized for extremism and misdeeds.

Addressing a ceremony at Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital here on Monday, he said that Sadqa, khairat culture should be promoted in the country. He said service of humanity and needy is vital to bring positive change in the society for making life of troubled and poor easy.

The minister said change in mindset can bring revolution in the society. He said there is no ban on 'Sadqa and Khairaat' in any part of the country. Rashid urged masses to avoid misuse of funds donated by public.
