Celtic are set to dig their heels in after ex-director of football Kenny Dalglish announced he was to sue his former employers.

The former Newcastle and Blackburn manager has served notice that he intends to seek compensation for his dismissal in the summer after a disastrous season alongside head coach John Barnes.

Celtic retained their lead of the Scottish Premier League with a 2-1 win over Dunfirmline last night.

Henrik Larsson was on target yet again, with another double to add to his impressive strike rate this season.
