Nixon Lane's big deal.

CB Richard Ellis recently represented Operations Management Services, Inc. in its 200,000 s/f lease at One Nixon Lane in Edison, N.J. Operations Management Services, a third-party distribution services provider, is occupying the entire facility and has consolidate its operations from two different buildings in the Meadowlands into Us property.

Binswanger/Klatskin represented the owner, ProLogis, in the transaction,

We are pleased to have been able to fulfill Operations Management Services' estate requirements, As a leading distribution services it was important to be strategically located within the state. In addition, we were able to secure them a quality building at a substantial rent savings in comparison to comparable facilities in the Meadowlands," said Matthew Corpuel, vice president of CB Richard Ellis.

One Nixon Lane, located adjacent to Nixon Park and Heller Industrial Park and minutes away from Raritan Center, is a single-story industrial facility which is zoned light industrial. Situated on a 10-acre site, the facility offers 17,360 s/f of office space, 111 parking spaces, 22 tailgate loading doors, one-drive in, 24'4 clear ceiling heights, 30' x 40' column spacing, ESFR sprinkler system 800 amps of power. Just two miles from Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike; One Nixon Lane is also close to Route 440, the Garden State Parkway.
