Nigeria's central bank has said that it did not find any misrepresentation in the accounts of Stanbic IBTC, the local unit of Standard Bank Group (SBJ.J), according to Reuters.
The apex bank said that there is no need for the bank to restate its accounts. Nigeria's Financial Reporting Council (FRC) had earlier given Stanbic IBTC 60 days to restate its 2013 and 2014 accounts.
