Nigella oozes luscious words; TELLY TALK.

HARD as it is to believe, Nigella Lawson is 52. What's her secret? Like fine wine, she seems to improve with age.

Florence is beautiful but it can't hold a candle to Nigella's glowing skin and shiny hair, as displayed in her new BBC2 Italian-in-fluenced series Nigellissima.

TELLY No wonder so many men swoon over her. TALK It's not just the way she looks, though, it's the sensual and evocative words she uses.

Her steaks are 'lush', juices 'ooze' and resting is 'luscious'. Words like drizzle, squish and burnished pepper her sentences, not to mention her 'bronzy gold toppings'.

She uses her fingers provocatively to mix food and eat, but her piece de resistance was putting on sexy secretary specs to read which she probably didn't even need.

Then she sternly pronounced: "I have some very strict stipulations."

But before her admirers got carried away into Fifty Shades of Grey territory, her rule turned out to be the rather more tame one that the cream cheese should be at room temperature.

There were a few other good tips in the first episode too, including her revolutionary way of making chips. She puts the potatoes in...wait for it...cold oil! It shouldn't work, but somehow it does.
