Nicholas Taylor.

Nicholas Taylor, formerly finance director of Baker Harris Saunders, becomes chief executive of Baker Harris CPC worldwide and is based in London. Nicholas Costa will remain as president of Baker Harris CPC worldwide and is temporarily based in London. Carolyn Ugiss, formerly managing director of Baker Harris CPC New York, becomes managing director and executive in charge of U.S. Practice Development and is based in New York City.

Richard Sykes, formerly a director of Baker Harris CPC and Patrick Gardner, a divisional director, have left the firm to establish a real estate advisory firm which will concentrate on landlord and tenant representation. The new organization will be called Sykes International and will be based in New York City. Sykes International will also be involved with corporations' investment and occupational needs in Europe.

Joseph Costa, was newly appointed to managing director of the New York office for Baker Harris CPC.
