Field is an experienced CFO with more than 30 years of experience in bank accounting, project management and audit and financial systems. He previously was CFO and treasurer for a bank holding company in southcentral Pennsylvania and has international experience in banking, telecommunications and manufacturing industries.

Health Network Laboratories, headquartered in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, hired Maria Foster as vice president of sales and marketing. Foster will oversee the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies as HNL expands its presence in the Northeast. Foster has a background in molecular diagnostics, biotechnology and in vitro diagnostics. She previously was worldwide director of ValuMetric Services at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and worked at EraGen Biosciences and White Bridge Associates.

Jennifer O'Donnell was named the full-time director of Leadership Tri-County, a program of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce. O'Donnell was hired as the chamber's member relations director in 2015 and began working as the leadership program's director in 2017. In addition to being a graduate of the program, she joined the Leadership Tri-County Advisory Board.

Liquid Interactive in Upper Macungie Township hired three people. German Reyes was hired as a senior application developer. David McDowell and Ben Feinberg were hired as search engine optimization specialists.

Charney Slater joined Well of Life Center for Natural Health in Bethlehem. Slater has been a chiropractor for more than 30 years and has a master's degree in human nutrition. He is a licensed acupuncturist in New York.
