Newmark gets exclusive on Three Park Avenue

Newmark Real Estate Services has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for Three Park Avenue, the 42-story, 936,312-square-foot office tower that occupies the easterly blockfront between 33rd and 34th Streets in Manhattan.

The leasing campaign will be spearheaded by Barry Gosin, president, Robert A. Silver, director, and Jesse Rubens, associate director, of Newmark Real Estate Services.

"This is an unusual opportunity for tenants to occupy space on Park Avenue without paying Park Avenue prices," said Gosin.

The building, which houses such major tenants as Japan Airlines, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New York, and the New York State Housing and Finance Agency, currently has 200,000 square feet of available space on its top seven floors. Tenants can lease as little as 2,500 square feet as part of the building's new pre-built small space program, full floors of 23,000 square feet and contiguous blocks of space in excess of 100,000 square feet.

Three Park Avenue was built in 1975, and features 24-hour, seven-day access and a center-core design that offers tenants magnificent views from all four sides of the building. Conveniently located in the heart of midtown, Three Park Avenue has a subway stop at the foot of the building and is a short walk to Grand Central and Penn Stations.
