Newmark arranges North Carolina sale.

Newmark Real Estate services has arranged the sale of the 178'858square-foot Waverly Place Shopping Center, Kildare Farm and Tryon Roads, Cary, North Carolina, for approximately $11 million, it was announced. The sale included four outparcels.

Gerald Rosenbloom, senior managing director, Newmark Real Estate Services, represented the buyer, an offshore investor. The seller, Fontana Development Corp., was represented by Charles M. Lowe of Carter Real Estate, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Lat Purser Associates.

Rosenbloom reported that the sale of the shopping center, which is 80 percent occupied, was closed successfully on Dec. 31. 1992.
