The site offers approximately 1,800 s/f of ground floor space with 17-foot ceilings, a 1,605 s/ f basement, plus a 970 s/f mezzanine. "The building itself has an incredibly charming facade and sits in the heart of the Greenwich Village neighborhood. It is surrounded by a mix of commercial and residential properties, as well as a large student population," said Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president of Newmark Knight Frank Retail, who is marketing the space on behalf of the landlord.
