New wine releases.

Kenwood Vineyards released its 1999 Reserve Olivet Pinot Noir ($30 suggested retail), said to highlight intense berry and cherry flavors and a velvety finish, and its 1999 Sonoma County Merlot ($17), featuring concentrated plum and berry flavors... Banfi has released the 2000 Old Brookville Gold Coast Reserve Chardonnay ($14), a wine that hails from Nassau County, Long Island, NY, said to be dry, and medium-bodied with hints of soft oak... Osborne is featuring two new releases: the Osborne Late Bottled 1997 Vintage Port ($16), a premium wine that is said to pair well with sharp cheeses, and the 1998 Monticello Crianza ($10), a spicy and robust Rioja made from 100% tempranillo grapes... Masion Nicolas, imported by Luneau USA, announced the arrival of its Reserve Maison Nicolas Bourdeaux Sauvignon Blanc 2000 Ferrande ($6.99), said to be a well-balanced, lean and crisp white wine with a full body... Lake Sonoma released its 1999 Dry Creek Zinfandel ($15), said to feature intense aromas of cherries and blackberr ies... Valley of the Moon Winery debuted its Meritage-styled 1998 Sonoma County Cuvee de la Luna ($25), a blend of 70% cabernet sauvignon, 25% merlot and 5% cabernet franc.
