New version of HUDware.

B.J.Murray recently released its current version of Hudware on the I.B.M. RS/6000 UNIX product lines, extending its previous facility beyond the MS/DOS and NOVELLE NETWARE platforms.

The HUDware Subsidy Reporting System is available on a wide range of hardware platforms, providing for the entry, maintenance, and vouchering of Housing and Urban Development-governed subsidized apartments. With on-line processing for new and renewal certifications, the system can handle from single-site housing companies to full network multi-housing organizations, with full, passive integration to the B.J.Murray, Inc., Property Management Accounting System.

Available on Novelle Network, I.B.M. RS/6000 using UNIX, and MS/DOS, the HUDware screens replicate the actual entry forms required, with instantaneous calculation of all related subsidy data and full field-by-field editing and validation, maximizing field personnel familiarity with current HUD formats and procedures. Provided with single or multi-user licensing, HUDware supports local or remote user entry and both hard-copy and magnetic media HUD compliant reporting, with final pre-vouchering audit for the centralized office.

The package includes a full 20-hour installation and training coverage and is part of the B.J.Murray, Inc., product group, providing full system maintenance and support.
