New tenants at Soho building

Two new tenants are signing leases at The Soho Building at 110 Greene Street, it was announced by Stephen Anfang, operating general partner, and Tony Goldman, general partner.

Most recently, Jillery by Jill Fagin signed a lease for 1,100 square feet of showroom and office space. Jill Fagin, designer and owner of this premier costume jewelry design firm, which works only in aluminum and counts Macy's, Nordstrom's and Bullock's among its retail clients, says that the building and its surrounding neighborhood are "fabulous" for entertaining clients. "They love Soho," she said.

Jillery by Jill Fagin joins other prominent fashion and accessory tenants in The Soho Building, including Fortune Footwear, Stephanie Dubin Accessories, Dimitri Coutures and Champagne Four/Paraboot.
