New tenant for MONY building.

Keane, Inc. has leased 4,800 square feet at 19 Old Kings Highway in Darien, Connecticut, it was announced by John H. Rostenberg, Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc., exclusive agent for MONY Real Estate Investment Management, owner of the building. This 42,000- square-foot, three-story building features a glass enclosed atrium and modern chrome and steel highlights.

Keane, Inc., a software service company that delivers leading edge information systems strategies and implementation services to large corporations across industry segments, will be relocating from Stamford.

George R. Walker, II, vice president, Rostenberg-Doern Company, represented both the tenant and the building owner in the transaction.
