New sealing system.

GAINSBOROUGH ENGINEERING

Gainsborough Engineering Co will be exhibiting the new Quatro VFFS machine with four vertical corner sealing system, improving rigidity and presentation of packs.

Also on show will be the washdown GV4, designed to offer a machine that is robust, flexible and easy to maintain for food processors requiring a large bag--typically 2 to 15kg of fresh or frozen food items.

Other machines are the high speed stainless steel GV2k2, with servo drive, capable of over 100 packs per minute as well as the all Stainless steel GV2k3, along with the popular budget GV2k1 machine.

The machines can run a wide range of packaging materials such as polyethylene, multilayer laminates, coaled papers, Tyvek and water soluble films.

All the machines have easy to use touch screens, self diagnostic PLC and parts designed for long and trouble free life, and due to the modular designs items such as block bottom, euro slot, gas flushing or in line printers can easily be added at any time.
