New sales incentive is offered by A-B.

Anheuser-Busch, Inc., recently announced a new sales incentive program in the Northeast for its Budweiser family of brands, according to Joe Corcoran, A-B's regional sales vice president.

The program, "Go for the Gold," rewards Northeastern wholesalers and Anheuser-Busch district and area managers for achieving specific performance objectives for Budweiser, Bud Light and Bud Dry during the first quarter of 1992.

The contest will be broken into two contests: one for A-B district and area managers; the other for salespersons and supervisors/sales managers at A-B distributors, which will be categorized in volume groups.

A-B personnel will compete in package placements for the "Gold Medal," an all-expense-paid trip-for-two to Manhattan for a Fifth Avenue shopping spree and $5,000 in cash, along with tickets to a Broadway show and luxury accommodations at a New York hotel. "Silver medalists" will be awarded $2,500 or merchandise; and "Bronze medalists" will win $1,000 or merchanidise.

Salespersons and managers in each wholesaler volume group will be eligible each month for Gold, Silver and Bronze level prizes.
