New process aid technology--twice as fast, half as much. (From DuPont Dow Elastomers).

New-to-industry polymer process additives from DuPont Dow--used in the production of blown film, cast film, extruded pipe, and wire and cable--represent a breakthrough in process aid technology.

The new Viton[R] FreeFlow[TM] Z technology enables the production of products that were not possible before and solves processing problems that other types of additives cannot.

For film converters, the additive eliminates melt fracture quickly, facilitating the production of smooth, clear films with a high-gloss finish.

Compared to current best-in-class film additives, Viton[R] FreeFlow[TM] Z products at lower concentrations in the master-batch eliminate melt fracture faster, improve transition time and increase yield.

For customers using Viton[R] FreeFlow[TM] Z products as an additive, this results in PPA performance that is "twice as fast with half as much."
