Customers and resellers of Micromuse Inc`s Netcool network and service management software have formed the International Netcool Users Group (INUG).

INUG is a not-for-profit organisation that will work to foster an open dialogue within the Netcool community. It will also provide a technical forum for sharing network and service management ideas and resources.

In addition the organisation intends to communicate Netcool customers' network and service management requirements to Micromuse`s product management, customer care and market development teams.
