New monthly magazine from Global Gaming Business.

Global Gaming Business (GGB); Las Vegas, NV) will begin the publication of Casino Connection magazine with an issue in December. The new monthly will focus on the "positive contributions" that the gaming industry has made In Atlantic City and for the state of New Jersey. It will have a controlled circulation and will be targeted to Atlantic City's 54,000 casino employees.

With the support of the Casino Association of New Jersey (Atlantic City), the new magazine will discuss a variety of issues "important to casino employees," GGB said, including the roles of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, the Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority and other state agencies that work with the industry. It will also carry information on career development, customer service as well as profiles of industry employees and executives.

Co-publisher Roger Gros said the title will educate employees about "what gaming has done for the state, from the massive infrastructure that has revived Atlantic City to the more than $4 billion in taxes paid into the Casino Revenue Fund that benefits New Jersey's senior and disabled citizens."

GGB is also the publisher of the monthly Global Gaming Business and the electronic newsmagazine Global Gaming Business Weekly. Both of the titles have paid circulations.
