Business messaging system supplier Nexus Secured Communications has launched an upgraded version of its Nexus NEON messaging system.

The new offering is designed to protect the users of the system from any possible virus infection. Antivirus capabilities are also extended to within the network and prevent infection from discs, CDs and online e-mail accounts.

Also included in the solution is e-mail, calendar, address book, workflow features and bulletin boards.

The cost of Nexus NEON was not revealed.
