New manager for Rockaway 80.

Enterprise Group Development Corporation (EGDC) has selected American Resurgens Management Company to manage itS office property at Rockaway 80 Corporate Center in Rockaway Township, New Jersey.

In making the announcement, James McMahan, chairman of American Resurgens, stated that Edward S. Gordon Company of New Jersey will continue its role as exclusive leasing agent.

EGDC executed a strategic financial maneuver which included the renegotiation and elimination of Rockaway 80's debt position.

The project is being managed on-site by Abby Mandel, whose involvement with Rockaway 80 dates back several years to its preconstruction days.

Completed in 1991, Rockaway 80 Corporate Center is a granite and glass, eight-story, 244,000-square-foot building that features a care and ample parking, 44 percent of which is covered. Rockaway 80 iS situated on 72 acres of land at the intersection of Routes 80 and 15 and is adjacent to the 1.1 million-square-foot Rockaway Townsquare Mall.

Primary tenants include The Prudential Insurance Company of America and ITT Hartford. According to Edward S. Gordon Associate Director Donald Sperling, several major leases are currently under negotiation.
