New magazine takes Midtown space.

Time Publishing Company magazine subsidiary has signed a major lease in midtown Manhattan.

Martha Stewart Living, a new member of Time Publishing's group of magazines, has committed to 13,632 square feet at 11 West 42nd Street, in a relocation from 1271 Avenue of the Americas. The lease has an aggregate value of approximately $4 million.

Christopher Kraus and Joseph Fabrizi of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.

In addition to her new magazine, Martha Stewart is an author, regular on The Today Show, and a designer of home furnishings.
