The 2,800 sq ft building is now home to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, which will use the building as a meeting room and community centre.
The deal, which sees the ground lease extended until 2103, was negotiated by Leamington-based agents Evans Hardy Bromwich and Wareing & Co.
EHB's Tom Bromwich said: "This is perfect for both parties who are well suited to their new homes. Warwick District Council played an important part by extending the ground lease to make it worthwhile for both parties."
