New firm offers Chinese injection presses.
There's a new supplier of injection molding machines in North America. Bole North America, Phoenix, Ariz., is the exclusive U.S. and Canadian distributor for Bole Machinery of Ningbo, China, a manufacturer of precision injection molding machines from 60 to 6800 tons. The new firm was formed in January by Michael Treger, president of Treger Financial and KD Capital Equipment, also of Phoenix.
Treger has been joined in the venture by injection machinery sales veteran Scott Rains. Rains is now managing sales efforts while developing a Bole North America sales and service network across the U.S. and Canada. Service is being handled by Molders Technical Services (MTS) of Norton, Ohio, which is owned by molding-industry veteran Mark Holliday.
Bole North America has focused on the Bole EK Series, a servo-driven, center-clamping toggle machine that was introduced to the U.S. in 2014. About 20 EK Series machines are operating in the U.S. and Canada, with thousands more in Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The company wilt soon introduce the Bole DK Series of hybrid two-platen machines in sizes from 506 to 7644 tons. Bole molding machines are backed with a "very strong" 24-month warranty, said Rains, and come with a large kit of spare parts.
Bole had been represented in North America by Tech-Bole USA, a sister company of injection molder Tech-Way Industries, Franklin, Ohio.
