New dual roles for Horton execs.

Horton has appointed two staff members as senior vice presidents and general managers of product lines as part of a restructuring toward a more decentralized organization. Jeff Lindgren has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing and general manager of the Britton, S.D., plant and fan drive product lines. Steve Wardleworth is now the senior vice president of operations and general manager of the Carmel, Ind., plant and fan and shroud product lines.

Lindgren has been with Horton for eight years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing. Wardleworth joined Horton in 2005 and most recently was vice president of manufacturing.

Also at Horton, Tom Kleich has been appointed to director of sales, trucks. Kleich was most recently the sales team manager at Horton and prior to that customer service representative, product specialist, manager of product planning and OEM account manager. He also worked at Phillips and Temro Industries as an OEM sales engineer/account manager. Horton manufactures airflow management products and systems, including fan drives, fans and suspension products.
