New and improved. (Perspectives).

When some promoters call a product "new and improved," they are merely referring to a new scent or flavor. They tweak the item just enough to say it's been 'improved.'

But when we say our Buyer's Guide is new and improved, we mean an entirely new product. We have added almost 100 pages of new listings, making this the most complete and comprehensive resource tool in the long term care industry.

The listings are organized by brand, product category and company name so you will never have to spend more than a few seconds searching for a supplier and contact information. We are the only Buyer's Guide that includes a section on brand names and a listing on key executives, the Who's Who of the industry.

We have included a section on all the national associations and their state affiliates. We've added a calendar of industry events so you won't have to search several different Web sites looking for shows and other events. Instead, it will be listed within these pages. We now have an expanded and better organized section of Web site listings on patient care, public policy and job opportunities as well.

We also offer an index of all news and feature articles carried in Contemporary Long Term Care in 2002, making it easy for you to research topics and put together educational packets for your staff.

So, when we say new and improved, we mean New And Improved. We have transformed this Buyer's Guide into a brand new tool that will serve you well into the new year.

If you have any thoughts on how we can continue to improve our Buyer's Guide, please write to me at My door is always open to you.
