New Villain Dogboy Makes Appearance In 'Gotham' Season 4 [WATCH].

Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) is in for some trouble in "Gotham" Season 4 now that Ra's al Ghul (Alexander Siddig) has ordered a new villain named Dogboy to track him down, retrieve his knife, and kill him.

The Fox show released ( brand new footage for the upcoming episode during the final day of New York Comic Con. At first, scenes from the previous episodes came up - how the Scarecrow (Charlie Tahan) came to life, how Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) is battling Penguin's (Robin Lord Taylor) organized crime in Gotham City, and how he met Sofia Falcone (Crystal Reed).

During the last part, Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) was seen talking to her new partner and benefactor, Ra's al Ghul. Ra's al Ghul reprimanded her for not getting his knife like originally planned, so he called in reinforcements in the form of Dogboy.

As exciting as the coming episodes might seem, fans had to wonder: Just where is Solomon Grundy (Drew Powell), the zombie formerly known as mobster Butch Gilzean?

"Gotham" co-executive producer Bryan Wynbrandt earlier said the zombie is slated to appear in the episode entitled "A Dark Knight: The Blade's Path" on Oct. 19. "He is two episodes away," Wynbrandt told ( Comic Book . "We're really banking a lot on the Grundy [this season]. He comes in episode five."

Wynbrandt cannot wait for the show to run its version of the zombie, who will be quite different from his comic book counterpart. "It's got that Frankenstein-esk story to it. We are different from the comics in which Grundy's appearances came of Cyrus Gold character," Wynbrandt revealed. "We have Butch Gilzean who at the end of last season, we teased that his first name was Cyrus Gold which was obviously a nod to Grundy. Cyrus Gold has a cannon of its own that's different from Gilzean. We really were looking at this as Butch Gilzean becoming Grundy."

Co-executive producer John Stephens even told ( Cinema Blend that Grundy does not remember Butch's old grudge with Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith), so the two of them, together with Dr. Leslie "Lee" Thompkins, will "form this weird little family" this season.

"Gotham" Season 4 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
