New Spectrum closes deals.

New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc. has completed several New York retail deals with a combined aggregate rental value in excess of $11 million, it was announced.

Gold's Gym, the Venice, California-base fitness center chain with over 85 locations throughout the country, has leased 16,000 square feet at 157 Cross Blvd., in Howard Beach, Queens. The long term lease with an aggregate $5 million was negotiated by Albert Firstman of New Spectrum.

Roy Rogers, a division of Hardee's, the Rocky Mount, North Carolina, fast food chain has leased 5,000 square feet of space at 361 Fordham Road in the Bronx for 20 years. The $4 million lease transaction was brokered by Robert Pfund of New Spectrum.

Capelli Punto, the prestigious upper west side salon has leased a 2,400-square-foot store at 404 Columbus Avenue, at 79th Street, for their new and expanded facility. The long term, $2 million lease transaction was negotiated by David Wess.
