New Spectrum arranges leases.

New Spectrum Realty Services announces the following leases:

The Gap, the San Bruno, California-based fashion giant, has leased approximately 14,000 square feet on two levels at 1466 Broadway on the corner of West 42nd Street for their first store in the redeveloping Times Square area. The long-term lease at an undisclosed rental was brokered by Stephen Asch, president of New Spectrum Realty Services. Ms. Holly Hunter of Hemsley - Noyes represented the landlord.

Betsey, Bunky, Nini, the specialty women's apparel boutique, has leased 3,200 square feet of space at 980 Lexington Avenue at 72nd Street. The 15-year lease, with an aggregate rent of over $2 million, was brokered by Carole Greene of New Spectrum Realty Services.
