New Spectrum arranges Times Sq. leases.

New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc. has completed two retail leases at the Criterion Center in Times Square, it was announced.

The Salad Bowl, the New York-based restaurant chain with five Manhattan locations has leased a 3,200-square-foot store at 1514 Broadway, at 44th Street. The 10-year lease transaction has an aggregate rent in excess of $3.5 million.

In another transaction, The Shoe Plaza, the New York-based mens and ladies shoe retailer with five Manhattan location has taken 1,000 square foot store at the Center at 1520 Broadway for a 10-year term. Both leases were negotiated by Benjamin Fox and Gary Alterman, executive vice president's on behalf of the landlord.
