New Gardner Mixers.

Gardner, a division of the Kemutec Group Ltd, have developed a range of cantilevered mixers. With this new mixer design concept, one set of bearings and seals, at the non drive end, is eliminated.

The arrangement of cantilevered agitator and mixer body, together with much improved access for cleaning, as a result of the full diameter hinged and safety interlocked access door at the non drive end of the mixer body, offers significantly improved hygiene and cleanability.

These new mixers incorporate Gardner's new short aspect ratio (length to diameter) mixing trough, for both rapid and efficient mixing. Each model can be supplied with either a ribbon, plough or paddle-type mixing agitator.

Now, with access from both the top of the mixer body and the end, via the new hinged end-door, cleaning is much easier and quicker. Also, the mixing agitator can be made easily removable for cleaning or changing types. With the cantilevered body design, the discharge valve is now accessible from three sides.
