New Fasson Thermal labelstock.

An all-weather self-adhesive labelling construction that offers exceptional performance in cold, wet environments has been added to the Fasson Select range of speciality labelstocks developed by Avery Dennison Fasson Roll Europe for the thermal overprinting of barcodes and other variable information -- particularly on pallet wrap and frozen foods.

Fasson Thermal PP Top 75 is a thermal-coated white polypropylene film with a protective durable top coating specifically designed to resist moisture and oils. Flexible and tear-resistant, it is supplied as standard with an aggressive rubber-based permanent adhesive -- Fasson S2045 -- that provides outstanding adhesion, even to uneven and apolar packaging substrates at temperatures down to -40[degrees]C.

The 63gsm/75 micron Fasson Thermal PP Top 75 is supplied with Fasson BG40 glassine liner and can be converted by all conventional roll-label production methods. The facematerial is fully recyclable with other polyolefins -- including pallet wrap -- and the adhesive is BgVV-compliant for use in direct contact with dry, non fatty foods.
