Network Foundation Technologies Announces Partnership with arenafootball2.

NFT to Begin Broadcasting Live af2 Games Over the Internet

SHREVEPORT, La. -- Network Foundation Technologies, LLC (NFT) is partnering with the arenafootball2 (af2) to broadcast the league's ninth season games for free over the Internet beginning in March of 2008. Fans of the af2 can watch the excitement of the league's 232 regular season games and 15 post season games live in the comfort of their own home via their broadband Internet connection. Broadcasts of all the games will be available "Free-for-View" to af2 fans through NFT's patented online broadcasting technology.

"Broadcasting our content online through NFT provides an effective way for the league to reach our loyal fans while extending the af2 brand," said Jerry Kurz, president of the af2. "NFT's previous success with other sporting league customers has paved the way for the af2 to create an ideal partnership that benefits everyone."

"We are pleased to partner with the af2 to bring their 2008 season to fans nationwide," said Marcus Morton, president of NFT. "Our technology is a great way for af2 and other sporting event content providers to expand their fan base."

NFT's innovative video broadcasting solution incorporates a downloadable player that streams content directly to the viewer's computer desktop. With the ability to reach geographically diverse and unlimited audiences, at a fraction of the bandwidth cost of other online broadcasting technologies, NFT's platform is a viable solution for many content providers who want to deliver high quality live television-style programming that is free of charge to viewers. Previously af2 fans were required to pay $6.99 per game to watch online.
