Net Nanny Updates Listing Status; Company Expects to Resume Trading On January 24, 2002.
BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 2002
Net Nanny Software International Inc. (OTCBB: NNSWE)(CDNX:NNS.V), today announced that it has filed all outstanding documents that were delinquent with the Alberta Securities Commission and had resulted in the issuance of an interim cease trade order.
The Company has met all of the required listing conditions, filing both the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2001 and the unaudited first quarter financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2001. As a result, the Alberta Securities Commission has revoked the cease trade order and the Company is expected to resume trading on the CDNX on Thursday, January 24, 2002 under its trading symbol "NNS." The Company anticipates completing its Form 20F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the week and resume trading under its listed symbol NNSWF.
