Nestle USA consolidates offices in suburban Denver.

Nestle USA, the giant international food and beverage conglomerate, has consolidated its Denver regional operations into 8,500 square feet of space at Country Club Office Complex, a two-building project in Aurora, Colorado, suburb of Denver.

Located at the intersection of Iliff Avenue and I-225, Country Club Office Complex contains two, two-story buildings with a total of 72,801 rentable square feet. The project was completed in 1981, and is adjacent to Heatheridge Country Club, a favorite golfing and recreation center for area executives.

The Nestle lease brings Country Club's occupancy up to 88 percent. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nathan Johnson and Lisa Lazzaro of Frederick Ross Company in Denver represented Greystone Realty Corporation, the building's asset manager for owner New York Life Insurance Company. Nestle USA was represented by Jim Dignan of Cushman & Wakefield in Denver.

The extensive four-month search involved potential locations in the southeast and southeast suburban Denver markets, and was narrowed down to six short-list site locations.
