Neil in TV rant at Isis 'scumbags'.

BBC presenter Andrew Neil has delivered a blistering two-minute rant comparing the "death cult barbarity" of Isis with France's world famous cultural heritage.
The journalist opened his This Week politics show by denouncing the "Islamist scumbags" who killed 130 people in Paris.
He said Isis were trying to "prove the future belongs to them rather than a civilisation like France".
But he went on to warn the terrorists: "You will lose" - before listing towering French figures including Monet, Descartes, Camus, Rousseau, Berlioz, Satie, Daft Punk and Zizou Zidane.
Neil added: "Versus what? A death cult barbarity that would shame the Middle Ages. I think the outcome is pretty clear to everyone but you.
"You will lose. In a thousand years' time, Paris, that glorious city of lights, will still be shining bright.
"You will be as dust, along with the ragbag of fascist Nazis and Stalinists that previously challenged democracy and failed."
