Neil Siderow to serve as new chairman of TCN board.

Neil Siderow, one of the founding partners of Murray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide of New York City, has been named the new chairman of the 2004 board of directors of TCN Worldwide, an international corporate real estate organization. Mr. Siderow is serving his third year on the board and has been an active member of TCN Worldwide since 1999. TCN Worldwide, with affiliates across four continents and more than 1,200 entrepreneurial professional members, is comprised of the leading commercial real estate firms in both primary and secondary markets worldwide.

"I am honored to be assuming the position of chairman of this dynamic, growing organization," said Neil Siderow. "This is an exciting time in the history of TCN Worldwide as we grow to serve more markets nationally and internationally while maintaining our entrepreneurial culture. I want to extend my thanks to Herb Agin, my predecessor, whose years of invaluable service helped lay the foundation for the future growth of TCN Worldwide."

Mr. Siderow takes over the chairman position for Agin, who will continue to serve on the organization's board of directors as chairman emeritus. As an affiliate of TCN Worldwide for 12 years and a member of the TCN Worldwide board of directors for almost a decade, Mr. Agin, CEO of Sutton & Edwards, Inc./TCN Worldwide of Long Island, served three consecutive terms as chairman and was instrumental in the growth and success of the organization.

"Herb Agin did an outstanding job shaping the organization during his tenure as chairman, working closely with Mr. Siderow, who served by his side as vice chairman for a year, to counsel and familiarize him with the duties of chairman. Neil Siderow and his partner Norman Sturner have engaged in the acquisition, development and management of real estate projects since 1970. For the past 30 years, they have served as general partners for more than 70 limited partnerships to acquire and operate real estate interest for investors. At Murray Hill Properties/ TCN Worldwide, Siderow manages a sales force of more than 60 full rune professional brokers and supervises the exclusive leasing agency business. He is responsible for the supervision and leasing of more than 8 million s/f of commercial property, while overseeing the firm's marketing strategy, advertising and public relations activities. Neil Siderow is a graduate of New York University and has attended Pace University for his MBA.
