Nature volunteers.

VOLUNTEERS are wanted to help work on a nature reserve.

The project is at the Lower Spen Local Nature Reserve this Saturday.

Conservation Kirklees will be cutting the wild flower meadow at the local nature reserve in Ravensthorpe between 9.30am and 3.30pm, and is inviting people to join them. It will be an opportunity to learn the traditional country skill of scything.
