Nature's Pantry.

Owners: Ruby and Edward E. Settgast Address: 11121 N. Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, 72211, 224-3535 Start-up date: September

When Ruby and Edward Settgast changed their eating habits almost two decades ago, they discovered that healthier foods made them feel better.

They decided to promote good health by opening a health food store in Conway, Nature's Pantry.

Fifteen years later, they have expanded to Little Rock with a second store in the Market Place on Rodney Parham Road.

The store sells vitamins and health foods. As business builds, Ruby Settgast says the Little Rock location will offer body-care products and health snacks.

The most popular product at the store is a nutrition and diet product, Vital-18.

Settgast estimates start-up costs at $25,000.
