Reprints six Congressional Research Service reports published in 2006 and 2008 on the management of public lands that are used for recreation and environmental preservation. The volume also reprints an article written by the Department of State about the legacy of the National Park system, a technical report issued by the Interagency Wild and Scenic Rivers Coordinating Council in May 1997, and GAO decision file B-307319 on special park use fees. The black and white photographs are very grainy.
