National median salary for NHAs rises 2.95%. (News Notes).

According to the Nursing Home Salary and Benefits Report published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service, the 2002 national median salary for a nursing home administrator is $67,714, an increase of 2.95% from the 2001 median salary of $65,773. The national average bonus for administrators is $8,595, or 12.18% of salary. The report covers 39 management and 40 nonmanagement positions.
