National Symposium on "Education for Entrepreneurship and Innovation'' Continues.

Muscat, Sept 23 (ONA) ----The National Symposium on "Education for Entrepreneurship and Innovation" continued for a second day at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel. The symposium aims to promote a culture of entrepreneurship among learners and emphasizing the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in creating job opportunities, sharing local and international best practices in entrepreneurship, identifying the best practices, teaching and training methods in entrepreneurship and how to incorporate entrepreneurship concepts in curricula, analyzing the present educational atmosphere and the extent to which it is geared up to enhance entrepreneurship.

The Symposium today included several sessions, including " Educational Programs and Initiatives in the Field of Entrepreneurship", which included many working papers : " Entrepreneurship Education and Training around the World : Dimensions of Success" , A Strategy to Integrate Entrepreneurship and 21st Century Skills in the Arab Education Sector "" 21st Entrepreneurship Technology" " A Roadmap Towards Supportive Education for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Schools of the Sultanate of Oman".

The second session entitled "Qualify Teachers to Boost Entrepreneurship" included various working papers: "Role of Curricula in Promoting Entrepreneurship "Qualify Teachers for Entrepreneurship Thinking" "Teaching Entrepreneurship at International Schools".

The Symposium contained a number of working papers, including " Education for Entrepreneurship in Baden- WE-rttemberg", "Study on the Entrepreneurial Orientation for University Students in Public Universities in Malaysia", " Entrepreneurship in Universities: Opportunities and Challenges for Entrepreneurship Centre ".

A seminar that targets students, parents, and educators, accompanies the Symposium, in addition to the exhibition of the experiences and initiatives in entrepreneurship/presentations.
