National Instruments Licenses LabVIEW Patents to Intelligent Instrumentation as Successful Resolution of Patent Infringement Dispute.

Settle LabVIEW Patent Dispute

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- National Instruments Corporation (Nasdaq: NATI) announced today the settlement of a patent infringement dispute with Intelligent Instrumentation, Inc. (Tucson, AZ), which involves United States patents related to National Instruments LabVIEW. Under the terms of the agreement, Intelligent Instruments will license 6 U.S. patents related to LabVIEW. No other details of the settlement were disclosed.
