National Geographic Kids magazine corrects mistake related to Nagorno-Karabakh.

The official web page of the National Geographic Kids magazine, published by the National Geographic Society of the United States, a world-renowned scientific and educational organization, seriously misrepresented information about Azerbaijan. So, on the map of Azerbaijan, posted in a publication about our country, the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan was highlighted in a different color, the Ministry of Transportation, Communication, and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

It was noted that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies together with the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the United States have taken operational measures regarding this issue.

As a result, to correct mistake in the relation of the Azerbaijani map has been achieved.

As a result of the operational intervention of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the United States, on the website of the mentioned magazine, the map of our republic has depicted accurately and with the protection of territorial integrity.
