Naspers' MIH Allegro takes control of Markafoni in Turkey.


Turkish e-commerce and fashion firm Markafoni said in a statement on Thursday that MIH Allegro, the Polish subsidiary of South African print and digital media group Naspers (JNB:NPN), has acquires a 71.2% interest in it.

The company did not provide the financial terms, but a Turkish technology website valued the deal at USD200m (EUR140m), Reuters said.
