Nasdaq to buy UK software specialist Glide Technologies.


25 October 2011 - Nasdaq OMX Group Inc (NASDAQ:NDAQ) said it will acquire British software specialist Glide Technologies Ltd for an undisclosed price.

With the acquisition, the bourse operator will expand its portfolio of investor, market information and media communications products. Glide Technologies offers software for corporate communications and reputation management solutions to businesses.

Glide will be integrated into Nasdaq OMX's corporate solutions division.
