Nant are handed Cefni cup challenge.
The draw for the competition was made on Monday at the WRU offices, under the watchful gaze of witness Godfrey Edwards and pits Elwyn Williams' charges in a two legged tie against the islanders.
The matches will once again be home and away ties, with the winners being decided on an aggregate score, with all ties to be completed by February 28.
Pwllheli have been handed a tough two legged tie against Ruthin in the second round of the cup.
