India's National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard), is planning to launch a 10-year zero coupon bond sale to raise INR20bn-INR30bn.
'The Bhavishya Nirman Bonds issue will open this month and will remain open for subscription throughout the year,' the bank's chairman Umesh Chandra Sarangi reportedly told Dow Jones Newswires.
