 NYMEX, AT&T AND TMI TO SIGN CONTRACT
 ON ACCESS ELECTRONIC TRADING SYSTEM
 The board of directors of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) last night approved a contract with American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T), and Task Management, Inc. (TMI) to build an electronic trading system which will allow round-the-clock access to the exchange's petroleum and platinum markets.
 NYMEX markets are currently open from 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Following its launch in late 1992, NYMEX ACCESS (American Computerized Commodity Exchange System and Services) will allow participants to trade crude oil (light, sweet as well as the pending sour contract), heating oil, unleaded gasoline, and platinum between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.
 The press is invited to the contract signing this afternoon. A question-and-answer session will follow.
